Kelsey Wilcox is a dedicated behavioral health professional with extensive experience in monitoring and supporting adolescents and adults with mental health challenges. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Avery's House since June 2023, Kelsey is responsible for monitoring clients affected by various issues, conducting therapeutic groups, and intervening during crises. With previous roles as a Psychiatric Technician at Intermountain Hospital and a Behavioral Health Technician at Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital, Kelsey has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care and safety. Kelsey holds a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician from the Idaho Medical Academy and has accumulated over 600 volunteer hours in various capacities at Saint Alphonsus, enhancing patient relations and supporting hospital operations. Kelsey received the Employee of the Month award in November 2023 at Avery's House, highlighting dedication to excellence in behavioral health care.

Intermountain Hospital is a substance abuse rehabilitation and mental health treatment center located in Boise, Idaho. Our facility provides help to those who have struggled with substance use and psychiatric illness. We offer a path to wellness through clinical and psychiatric rehab. Because no one should cope alone. Intermountain Hospital is located on a spacious 10-acre, park-like campus in Boise, Idaho near the foothills the dramatic Boise Mountains. Our lobby features the natural colors of southwest Idaho in a comfortable, relaxing setting and visitors are greeted at the hospital 24 hours a day by our friendly and professional staff. Intermountain Hospital has been providing quality psychiatric and substance abuse services to Idaho and the western U.S. since 1980; guided by a mission to provide caring, quality health care services to our community, state and region. Additionally, our New Start Center for Recovery features semi-private rooms, an exercise room and other amenities in a free-standing building on the hospital campus.
