Michael Ashley

With a BS Business degree, concentration in Hospitality Management, Michael has been in the hospitality industry for more than twenty years. After transitioning out of the Army, began working in full-service 4 and 5 diamond hotels in Birmingham, AL and Seattle WA in sales. After 11 years in full-service, joined InterMountain Management as a Director of Sales and opened the first downtown/urban Hyatt Place in the brand next to the Space Needle. Promoted to area DOS 4 years later, then Senior Regional Director of Sales. After four years in that position, moved so a Senior Business Analyst, and then Regional Director of Operations. He currently oversees hotels in Arkansas, Colorado, California, and Nebraska. Michael is based in Northwest Arkansas.
