Dean Wood Pe

Dean Wood PE is an experienced engineering professional with a specialization in boiler systems and operations. Currently serving as a Supervising Engineer at Intermountain Power Services Corporation since October 2004, Dean oversees a team of eight engineers and technical staff in the operation and maintenance of coal-fired boilers and associated equipment. Prior to this, Dean held positions at PacifiCorp as a Lead/Senior Engineer, focusing on boiler tube failure reduction across multiple generating stations, as well as a Lead Boiler Engineer role back at Intermountain Power Service Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a boiler condition-assessment program. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, an MBA in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, and an Associate of Arts in Physical Science from Dixie State University.
