Phil Hailes

Phil Hailes is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in maintenance and operations support. Currently serving as the Lead Maintenance & Operation Support Engineer at Intermountain Power Services Company since 2000, Phil specializes in turbines, boilers, mills, and mechanical troubleshooting. Previous experience includes roles as a Maintenance Engineer at Barrick Gold and various engineering positions at Draglines, Drills, and Load Trucks. Phil began their career as a Vehicle Test & Performance Engineer at Caterpillar Tractor Co. and has also worked as a Service Engineer at Cummins Engine Co. and a Project Engineer at General Dynamics. Phil Hailes holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
