María Rodriguez

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in both entrepreneurial and compliance roles. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as work as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana was a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
