Amber Sharae' Topsy

Amber Sharae' Topsy is an experienced professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Revenue Officer at the Internal Revenue Service since July 2021, Amber specializes in collecting delinquent taxes and guiding taxpayers towards compliance. Previous roles include Contact Service Representative at the IRS, where Amber resolved over 3,000 administrative requests and trained employees, and various teaching positions in early childhood education.
