Debbie Smith Rayford

Debbie Smith Rayford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at the Internal Revenue Service since December 2015, Rayford has previously held significant roles including Chief Communications & Diversity Officer at Wellness Corporate Solutions and Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Discovery Communications. Additional positions include Executive Director roles at the Walter Kaitz Foundation and the National Association of Urban Bankers, as well as a Staff Director role in the US House of Representatives. Rayford's educational background includes an MBA from Howard University and a BA in Elementary/Special Education from The Catholic University of America.
