Erin Elzi

Erin Elzi is a seasoned Digital User Experience Analyst currently employed at the Internal Revenue Service since August 2024. With extensive experience in academia and library sciences, Erin serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Denver since December 2014, teaching graduate-level courses in Metadata Architectures and Usability. Erin's previous roles include Design and Discovery Librarian and Associate Professor, where responsibilities involved managing the libraries' website, overseeing UX, conducting usability testing, and leading inclusive metadata initiatives. Additional positions include Digital Services Specialist at the Office of Natural Resources Revenue and various librarian roles at The Bard Graduate Center, Pratt Institute Library, Barnard College Library, and the Frick Art Reference Library. Erin holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Environmental Policy & Management from the University of Denver and an MS in Art History from Pratt Institute.
