Mark Getecha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and human capital operations. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Human Capital Analytics at the Internal Revenue Service since February 2024, Mark leads data automation and analytics initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Prior roles include Business Intelligence Lead and Performance Measurement Program Manager at the Western Area Power Administration, where Mark directed analytics governance and BI strategy. Mark's career began at Saint Alphonsus, progressing from a Business Intelligence Analyst to a Supply Chain Operations Manager.
