Traci DiMartini

Traci DiMartini serves as the Human Capital Officer for the Internal Revenue Service since June 2023, with previous roles including Chief Human Capital Officer at the General Services Administration from September 2020 to July 2023 and at the Peace Corps from May 2018 to September 2020. Traci has extensive experience overseeing human capital activities, such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations across various federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Office of Personnel Management, and U.S. Department of Education.
