Susanna Thomas currently serves as the Principal at International Academic School since May 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in educational leadership. Previously, Susanna held the position of Vice Principal at Alzuhour Private School from September 2022 to May 2024 and founded The Master Educator, working as an Educational Consultant from October 2020 to May 2024. Susanna has also served as K-12 Vice Principal at Ajman Modern School and as Elementary Phase Principal and Lead English Teacher at International Academic School. The early career includes teaching English at Al Mawakeb School - Al Barsha. Educational qualifications include an NPQH from UCL, a PGCE from the University of Sunderland, and a BA in English Literature from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
