Riccardo Maddalozzo is an experienced professional in global health and project management, currently serving as Project Manager for Capacity Development and Engagement at the International AIDS Society since September 2019, overseeing the Mark Wainberg Fellowship Programme and initiatives focused on HIV cure. Prior roles include Associate Project Manager and Governance, Membership and Learning Intern at the same organization, where responsibilities encompassed program coordination, event organization, and budget management. Earlier experience includes teaching English at the Western International School, public health research with the Burmese Ministry of Health, and participation in health initiatives in Kenya. Riccardo holds a Master's degree in Global Health from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Macalester College. Additional background includes a variety of internships and volunteer positions related to health access and education.
