Catherine Kirtane

Catherine Kirtane (Shih) currently serves as the Senior Director of Organizational and Operational Excellence at IAVI, with a career that includes significant leadership roles focused on operational excellence and program management. Previously, Catherine Kirtane held the position of Director of Quality Performance Improvement at Northwell Health Solutions, where responsibilities included developing a DSRIP reporting strategy and improving data collection processes. Experience spans various organizations including consulting roles with Boston University and the World Health Organization, as well as work in organizational development in Cameroon. Catherine Kirtane holds an MBA in Health Sector Management and an MPH in International Health from Boston University, alongside advanced degrees in Economics from the University of British Columbia and University of Alberta.
