Gaby Chaiban

Gaby Chaiban is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) since 2017. Prior to this role, Gaby worked as a Consultant for Carnegie Hudson Resources, LLC, providing corporate finance advisory services from 2014 to 2017. Gaby held the position of Senior Vice President at First National Bank of New York from 2009 to 2013, where responsibilities included strategic planning and capital raising for a new commercial bank. At Citigroup Global Markets Inc., from 2007 to 2009, Gaby was the Director of Global Structured Solutions, focusing on structured transactions in the transportation sector. Gaby's earlier experience includes serving as Director in Debt Capital Markets at Calyon Securities (Credit Agricole Group) from 1992 to 2007, and as Vice President handling securitization programs. Gaby began the professional career as a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse, specializing in economic and financial analyses. Educationally, Gaby holds a B.A. from Smith College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
