Dvir Rubinshtein

Dvir Rubinshtein is an accomplished expert in aviation, cyber, and information security, currently serving as an External Senior Instructor for the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since January 2019 and as a Senior Consultant & Expert in Aviation Security at Dvir AVSEC since 2017. With a distinguished career in aviation security management, Dvir holds the position of Director of the Aviation Security Division at the Israel Ministry of Transport and Road Safety, overseeing the 24/7 operation center and regulatory framework for aviation security in Israel. Previous roles include leadership positions at Arkia Israeli Airlines, the Israel Airports Authority, and EL AL Israel Airlines, where Dvir was instrumental in budget management, team building, and the recruitment and training of security personnel. Dvir holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Open University of Israel.
