Jolanta Thibault

Jolanta Thibault is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience, recruitment, and learning and development. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experience, Recruitment & Learning & Development at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since March 2015, Jolanta leads initiatives to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at IATA, Training Manager at JTI, and Senior HR Officer at Generali, where responsibilities encompassed strategy implementation, training development, and employee relations. Jolanta holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich, along with additional qualifications in Human Resources Management and Economics.
