Marcelo Restrepo

Marcelo Restrepo is an experienced professional in public policy and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs Manager at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since September 2019, where responsibilities include strategic engagement with stakeholders and analysis of industry development challenges in Colombia. Previously, Marcelo held advisory roles in the Vice Presidency of Planning at FINDETER and as an attorney in various capacities, focusing on contractual obligations and legal support in telecommunications and transportation sectors. Marcelo's academic background includes advanced degrees in International Law from Heidelberg University and Universidad de Chile, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, complemented by a diploma in Integrated Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
