Ariane Inkesha

Ariane Inkesha serves as the Country Director at International Alert since June 2023 and has held the position of Vice President at Solid'Africa since May 2011, focusing on supporting vulnerable populations in Rwanda. Previous roles include Expert Consultant for DCAF on Prevention of Violent Extremism, Technical Advisor for peacebuilding initiatives with various organizations, and Regional Representative for Interpeace in the Great Lakes, where responsibilities involved strategic leadership and program management across multiple countries. Ariane's experience also includes research and communication roles at the Institute of Research and Dialogue for Peace and a fellowship at Search for Common Ground. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations at Queen Mary University of London, Ariane holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
