Martim della Valle

Martim Della Valle is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, arbitration, and anti-corruption practices. Currently serving as a partner at Marchini Botelho Caselta Advogados, Martim leads arbitration and compliance initiatives. Martim is also a member of the International Academic Advisory Board and faculty member for international master programs at the International Anti-Corruption Academy in Austria. As founder of Zenith Source, Martim has contributed significantly to legal innovation, while serving on the Audit, Risk, and Integrity Committee at Aegea Saneamento e Participações S.A. and as a member of the Advisory Board at Arbitration Channel. Previous roles include Vice President of Compliance and Litigation at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where Martim was instrumental in developing award-winning compliance programs and managing legal matters during significant corporate mergers. Martim holds a Ph.D. in International Law and Legal Studies from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and was a research scholar at the University of Michigan.
