Caroline Mariz

After an internship with IA&A in 2016, Caroline returned to the organization in March 2021 as the Cultural Exchange Programs manager. In this role, she oversees all aspects of IA&A's Exchange Visitor Program and J-1 visa sponsorship services.

Caroline comes from a multicultural background, having lived in six different countries growing up, and speaks three languages. She came back to the United States to attend the University of Vermont where she studied Global studies, Spanish, and linguistics. Outside of IA&A, she is an avid ice hockey player and fan (Go Caps!) and enjoys any activity that will get her outdoors.
