Founded in 1992, International Assistance Group (IAG) was originally created by five European companies seeking to help one another provide high-quality services. Considerable growth over the past 30 years means that we are now the world’s largest alliance of independent assistance companies and accredited providers.

Our Partners and Accredited Service Providers deliver medical, travel, roadside, home assistance, and security amongst other services in over 200 countries across all five continents. The IAG Head Office, based in Paris France, oversees the coordination of the network and offers affiliates operational support to enhance their competitiveness in their own markets, along with an internationally recognized accreditation and optimized marketing benefits. 

Our in-house biannual Forums offer a unique opportunity for representatives from IAG companies to meet face-to-face, discuss best practices and latest innovations, exchange know-how and strengthen business relationship with industry peers. In addition, the IAG Academy, our annual training school provides assistance coordinators and supervisors from around the world an exclusive learning experience where participants discuss real-life case studies and exchange insights on operational procedures. These three dedicated knowledge-sharing events are key to helping one another advance and be competitive in today’s fast changing world. 

We continue to build, recruit and train a comprehensive global network of quality assistance experts and best-in class Accredited Service Providers worldwide via our accreditation programme. 

 Each year, IAG Partners collectively handle over 10 million cases, cover 500 million end users, manage over 2 million roadside cases and conduct more than 30,000 medical repatriations bringing sick and injured travellers home.
