Paulina Sicius

Paulina Sicius is the Managing Director at the International Association for Feminist Economics (IAFFE) as of March 2023, previously serving as the Membership and Operations Associate. Prior experience includes the role of Research and Development Associate at On Deck from December 2021 to February 2023, and Program Coordinator at Fundación Mujeres por África from September 2021 to December 2021. At Columbia University in the City of New York, Paulina held the positions of Senior Facilitator and Course Facilitator from June 2018 to September 2021. Further experience includes serving as a Language and Culture Associate at the Ministerio de Educación, España from October 2018 to June 2020, and as a Youth Peace Education Program Associate at PeaceJam Foundation from April 2017 to May 2018. Paulina holds a Master of Arts in Strategies and Technologies for International Development from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a degree in Economics and English, magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
