Jerry Mejia

Jerry Mejia is a seasoned professional in real estate market research and property appraisal, currently serving as the Real Estate Market Research Manager at the Pima County Assessor's Office since August 2017. Jerry has held various positions at the Assessor's Office, including Property Appraisal Supervisor for commercial properties and Senior Property Appraiser for both commercial and vacant land. Jerry is an active member of the Pima County Real Estate Research Council and the International Association of Assessing Officers. Prior to these roles, Jerry's experience includes chairing the Environmental Service Advisory Committee in Tucson and working as a Property Technician and Compost Technician in the sustainability field. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning and a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Arizona.
