Jerry Mejia is a seasoned professional in real estate market research and property appraisal, currently serving as the Real Estate Market Research Manager at the Pima County Assessor's Office since August 2017. Jerry has held various positions at the Assessor's Office, including Property Appraisal Supervisor for commercial properties and Senior Property Appraiser for both commercial and vacant land. Jerry is an active member of the Pima County Real Estate Research Council and the International Association of Assessing Officers.
