Paul M. Maniscalco

Paul M. Maniscalco has vast experience in emergency management, crisis response, and homeland security. Paul M. currently serves as the President Emeritus of the International Association of EMS Chiefs and as an Advisory Board member at John Jay College. Maniscalco is also the Executive Managing Director of MANISCALCO & ASSOCIATES LLC, providing crisis and emergency management solutions. Additionally, Paul M. has served on various advisory councils, including the US Department of Homeland Security and the White House. With a background in EMS and a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration, Maniscalco has made significant contributions to improving the safety and well-being of first responders.
