Earn Meng Chan

Earn Meng Chan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded LEA Asia in February 2018. From 2017 to October 2022, they worked as the HR Director for Sunray Woodcraft Construction Pte Ltd. Before that, they held various HR positions at OCBC Bank, including Head of HR for OCBC Wing Hang China & VP North Asia Region from 2007 to February 2017, and Assistant Vice President Human Resources from 2002 to 2004. They also served as the HR Director for Hi-P International from 2004 to 2007 and as HR Manager at Seagate Technology from 2000 to 2002. Earn Meng Chan began their career as an Army Officer in the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, serving from 1994 to 2000.

Earn Meng Chan completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the National University of Singapore in the period of 1990-1994. Later, in 1999-2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Queensland. In 2010, they attended the OCBC Executive Development Programme at INSEAD for Leadership & Management. Earn also obtained certifications in "Building Resilience as a Leader" and "Managing Stress for Positive Change" from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
