Julia Donohue, GAICD, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as the Facilitation Impact Awards Project Leader and Chair of the International Association of Facilitators since March 2017, Julia has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Vice Chair and Treasurer. Julia’s previous experience includes serving as Director at Hoffmann Donohue from March 2001 to October 2023 and Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting from 1998 to 2000. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Director at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting from 1994 to 1998 and Director within the Australian Public Service from 1984 to 1994, where Julia held multiple roles, including Project Officer and Director Finance. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration from Canberra College of Advanced Education and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Further education includes courses from the University of Pennsylvania and The Pennsylvania State University through Coursera.
