Sophie Kange currently serves as the Africa Regional Director for the International Association of Facilitators since January 2023 and has been an International Development Consultant at SOKE Consultants LTD since April 2021. Additionally, Sophie has held the role of Learning Facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators since April 2019 and was the Coordinator for Civil Society Strengthening at the Uganda National NGO Forum from April 2006 to December 2022. Sophie's expertise includes project design, financial management, strategic planning, leadership training, and gender and organizational development. Sophie Kange holds a Master's Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Makerere University, where studies spanned from 2000 to 2018.
