Scott Spencer

Scott Spencer has extensive experience in the firefighting community, serving as a Board Director for the Old Dominion Firefighters Burn Foundation since 2005. In addition, Scott has held the position of District Vice-President for the Virginia Professional Fire Fighters since 2010 and has been a Service Representative for the International Association of Fire Fighters since October 2016. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from William & Mary.
