Angela Colaizzi

Angela Colaizzi is a Communications Representative at the Machinists Union since May 2022, with a prior role as a Staff member at the United Steelworkers (USW) from June 2015 to May 2022. At USW, responsibilities included writing stories, news updates, and journalistic pieces for the website and magazine, managing social media content, and overseeing local union websites. Angela began as a Communications Intern at USW, where duties involved writing for the quarterly publication, sourcing graphic and video content, organizing historical material, and copy-editing publications. Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Washington & Jefferson College, obtained in June 2015.
