Caroline Merrill, CPC, ELI-MP has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, starting as a Training Operations Manager and later being promoted to Senior Training Operations Manager. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2017, Caroline worked at Phillips Exeter Academy. Caroline held various positions within the Development Office, including Donor Relations and Parent Engagement and Fundraising. Caroline also worked in the Admissions Office handling Admissions Operations. Before joining Phillips Exeter Academy, Caroline was self-employed as a consultant from 2008 to 2010. Their role during this time was primarily focused on self-employment.

Caroline Merrill, CPC, ELI-MP, has a diverse educational background. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, with a concentration in Interpersonal Behavior and Relations, from the University of New Hampshire. In addition, Caroline has pursued further education in coaching through iPEC Coaching, where they obtained their Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification. Caroline also completed a Summer Intensive program at the University of Cambridge, focusing on Theater and History. Caroline's commitment to personal and professional growth is evident in their additional certifications as an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), which they obtained in July 2021, and the CPC certification they achieved in January 2022 through iPEC Coaching.
