Alyssa Wostrel

Alyssa Wostrel serves as the Executive Director of the International Association of Yoga Therapists since October 2020, after holding the position of Incoming Executive Director. Previously, Alyssa worked as the Integrative Health Sector Coordinator for the Alliance to Advance Comprehensive Integrative Pain Management (AACIPM) and as Executive Director of the Academic Collaborative for Integrative Health (ACIH), where efforts were focused on collaborative, patient-centered care. As Founder and CEO of 1M Integrative Solutions, Alyssa provided strategic consulting for various health-related companies. Alyssa also held the Executive Director position at the Integrative Health Policy Consortium, advocating for access to regulated healthcare. Early in the career, Alyssa directed sales and marketing at Heel Inc. The educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a DIHom in Homeopathy from the British Institute of Homeopathy.
