Henk Rijpkema

Henk Rijpkema is a seasoned professional in automotive interior development with extensive experience at IAC Group since August 1998, currently serving as Senior Manager of Advanced Engineering, overseeing all European Automotive Interior Hard Trim Development in the concept and RFQ phase. Prior roles include Manager of Advanced Engineering and Senior Advanced Engineer, focusing on product development for automotive interior trim. Additionally, Henk Rijpkema has been a member of the External Board Committee at Fontys Hogeschool Venlo since February 2012, guiding and evaluating Bachelor students in Industrial Product Design and Engineering. Previous experience includes working as Assistant Manager in R&D at Sekisui Eslon BV from July 1993 to July 1998.
