Kurt Finkbeiner

Kurt Finkbeiner has extensive work experience in various engineering roles within the automotive industry. Kurt worked as a Principal Engineer at IAC Group starting in 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager - Engineering/Program Management at Auria from 2017 to 2019. Kurt also worked at IAC Group as a Senior Engineering Manager from 2007 to 2017, where they were responsible for engineering deliverables and worked with various OEMs. Before that, they were the Director Of Engineering at Lear Corporation from 1998 to 2007, leading a group of product engineers and overseeing design, manufacturing feasibility, and launch management. Kurt's earlier experience includes roles as a Business Development Engineer at Cambridge Industries and as a Sr. Project Engineer at GenCorp Reinforced Plastics, where they focused on product development and process optimization. Kurt began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Molmec Inc., where they supervised plastic injection molding projects.

Kurt Finkbeiner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1985. Later, they pursued an Executive MBA from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, which they completed between 2003 and 2005.
