Reyna Mendoza has extensive work experience in the quality and manufacturing fields. Reyna began their career in 1996 at McCulloch Corporation as a Receiving Inspection Supervisor and later became a Supplier Development Coordinator. Reyna then worked at Transworld Connections de Mexico as a QA Manager before joining Ford Motor Company in 2000. At Ford, Reyna held various roles including Product Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Variability Reduction Team Leader, Supplier Technical Assistant Supervisor, Production System Manager, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Quality Assurance Manager. In 2013, they joined Zigma Consulting as an Associate Instructor and also worked at Ford Motor Company as an Incoming Quality Manager. Reyna's most recent experience is with the IAC Group, where they served as Quality Director - Mexico Operations, Quality Director-North America Plants, and Corporate Quality Director, NA Ford and German OEMs. Reyna has also worked as a Professor at Universidad TecMilenio and Universidad del Valle de México.

Reyna Mendoza holds a Master of Science (MS) in Quality and Productivity from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Reyna also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the Universidad de Sonora, earning a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Additionally, Reyna possesses a certification as a 6 Sigma Master Black Belt, although the specific details of this certification are not provided.
