Cynthia Leventis

Cynthia Leventis currently serves as a Learning Designer at the International Baccalaureate since February 2023. Previously, Cynthia was an Instructional Designer at Tebra, where responsibilities included analyzing course needs, developing curriculum materials with Subject Matter Experts, and utilizing tools such as Camtasia and Articulate for eLearning creation. Cynthia has also worked as a Training Facilitator/Instructional Designer at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, overseeing the complete instructional design process and facilitating training sessions. Additional experience includes a role as an Instructional Design Adjunct Faculty at Towson University, teaching an online graduate course, and an internship at the Maryland CASA Association focused on eLearning development. Cynthia's earlier experience includes an educator role at Harford County Public Schools. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Morgan State University, a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Towson University, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education, also from Towson University.
