Marc Roberts

Marc Roberts currently serves as the Middle School Assistant Head and Grade 10 Dean at The Out-of-Door Academy, where additional roles include teaching AP Economics and Spanish, as well as serving as Grade 9 Dean since August 2017. With a long-standing involvement in the educational sector, Marc has been a Business and Management Principal Examiner and Author for the International Baccalaureate since January 2002. Previous experience includes working as a Long Term Substitute Spanish Teacher at Riverview High School and serving as Academic Head of Accounting, Business Studies, and Economics at Qatar Petroleum from January 2009 to July 2016. Marc's teaching career began in Argentina at St. Georges College, and education credentials include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management from The Open University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Economics Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish from Furman University.
