Karen Abraham has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as the Head of the Intellectual Property Practice and the Head of the Intellectual Property, Technology and Communication Practice Groups at Shearn Delamore & Co since 1990. Additionally, Karen holds various leadership roles, including participation in the INTA Moot Competition Committee and serving as Chair of the IntaAsia Conference from 2017 to 2019. With affiliations to the International Bar Association, AIPPI, ASEAN Intellectual Property Association, and other notable organizations, Karen contributes as a committee member and regional liaison for various intellectual property and entertainment law committees. An accredited mediator from 2010 to 2019, Karen also holds degrees in Law from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the South Australian Institute of Business & Technology.
