Teki Akuetteh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in ICT law, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Founder and Executive Director of Africa Digital Rights' Hub since December 2017, Teki also holds the position of Publications & Africa Liaison Officer for the International Bar Association’s Communications Law Committee since January 2019. As a Senior Partner and Lead ICT Law Consultant at Nsiah Akuetteh & Co. since July 2004, Teki has provided comprehensive legal services, including corporate law and advisory services. Teki's involvement in key organizations includes membership in the UN Global Pulse Data Privacy Advisory Group and volunteering with FIDA Ghana, providing legal aid. Teki has previously held leadership roles, including Executive Director of the Data Protection Commission in Ghana and ICT Legal Expert at the Ministry of Communications. Academic credentials include an LLM in IT & Telecom Law from the University of Strathclyde and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
