Natalie Boxall

Natalie Boxall serves as a Trustee for White Ribbon Alliance and holds multiple positions at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, including Trainer for Cultural Safety and Specialist Midwife for Infant Feeding. In the role of Trainer, Natalie focuses on training maternity staff to address inequalities for marginalized ethnic groups, while as a Specialist Midwife, responsibilities include managing a team of six Healthcare Support Workers and enhancing infant feeding practices. Natalie is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and the East Midlands Regional Lead for the National Infant Feeding Network, facilitating meetings and collaboration among regional infant feeding leads. Previously, a midwife at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, and a broadcast journalist with the BBC, Natalie has cultivated a diverse career spanning healthcare and media, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Midwifery from De Montfort University and extensive educational training in lactation and breastfeeding.
