Doug Williams

Doug Williams has extensive experience in labor organization, currently serving as the International Lead Organizer at IBEW since 2007, where the focus is on resolving labor and management issues through strategic contract negotiations. In addition to this role, Doug has been a Lead Organizer at IBEW since May 2006, specializing in internal and external organizing, educating stakeholders on the advantages of contractual agreements, and conducting outreach through various communication channels. Prior to joining IBEW, Doug worked as a Project Manager and Estimator at Sun Electric from January 2002 to July 2006, where responsibilities included bidding jobs, managing projects, billing, and handling change orders.
