Devi Virdi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a member of the ED&I Advisory Group at the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange and as a Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows, Devi also holds a position as a Non-Executive Director at CSSC. Previously, Devi has been the Group Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Centrica, Vice President Global Head of DEI and Culture at CBRE, and has led diversity initiatives at organizations like Raizup, HRS Group, and Accor.
