Hannah Munro Grantham

Hannah Munro Grantham is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange (IBDE) since March 2024 and as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Lloyds Banking Group since June 2019, where prior roles included Head of Inclusion and Diversity in Group Transformation. Between September 2012 and June 2019, Hannah held various leadership positions at Sainsbury's, leading the company's Board level Diversity Steering Group and transforming the approach to early careers talent, among other responsibilities in recruitment and talent management. Prior experience includes roles at Work Communications, Smiths News, and Sports Tours International, along with an educational background comprising a BA in History from Durham University and studies at Altrincham Grammar School for Girls.
