Jennifer MacKinlay

Jennifer Mackinlay has extensive experience in trade and investment, currently serving as General Manager and Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner for Europe at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) since June 2015. Previous roles within Austrade include Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner for the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, and France and Spain. Additionally, Jennifer is a member of the Economic & Commercial Advisory Group and the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Group at the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange (IBDE) since January 2020. Prior to their current roles, Jennifer worked at Clifford Chance for 15 years as Directrice du Business Development & Communications and Legal Counsel, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity. Jennifer holds a degree from the University of Sydney, complemented by experience in the Paris Bar from 2003 to 2015.
