Ramesh Ramachandran

Ramesh Ramachandran is currently the VP of SAFe Transformation at International Business Consultants LLC. Prior to this role, Ramesh worked as a Sr IT Agile Coach & Program Manager at Florida Blue from August 2017 to June 2022. Before that, Ramesh was an IT Agile Coach at Citi from June 2009 to July 2017. Ramesh holds an MBA in Operations and Technology from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Throughout their career, Ramesh has been a dedicated Agile coach, focusing on iterative development, frequent inspection, and adaptation to change in order to facilitate agile transformation within organizations.
