Dr. Fabian Hertel, LL.M. is currently the Director Legal at International Campus Group and has extensive experience in Corporate/ M&A, Hotels & Tourism, Private Equity, and Real Estate law. Prior to their current position, Dr. Hertel worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Baker McKenzie and also served in various legal roles at NH Hotel Group, Baker & McKenzie, Hengeler Mueller, and Bundesministerium der Justiz. Dr. Hertel holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from University of Minnesota Law School and a Promotion in Rechtswissenschaft from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

HAVENS LIVING is currently in operation in Hamburg with 214 apartments and with planned new openings in Frankfurt (spring 24) as well as Berlin and again Hamburg within the next 2 years.
