Marc-Etienne Sébire

Marc-Etienne Sébire is currently the Global Co-Head of Banking & Finance at CMS. Prior to this role, Marc-Etienne was a Partner and Head of Capital Markets at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. Marc-Etienne has extensive experience in advising on capital markets transactions, including debt and equity capital markets, derivatives, and regulatory aspects. Marc-Etienne has also held positions at ICMA, Euro PP Committee, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Légion étrangère, United Nations, and Autorité des marchés financiers. Marc-Etienne holds degrees in law and has a background in legal affairs and communications.
