Oliver Tinkler

Oliver Tinkler is currently the Head of Press & Communications at ICMA. Prior to this role, Oliver held leadership positions in marketing and communications at IPSX, EFG Asset Management, Morgan Stanley, HSBC Global Asset Management, T. Rowe Price, Invesco Perpetual, and Ermitage. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Human Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
