Anky van Huffel

Anky Van Huffel has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Anky started their career at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 1997 and held various roles, including District Manager and Director, until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Manager of Retail for District Noord en Midden Limburg.

In 2008, Anky became the Director of Preferred Banking at ABN AMRO, where they led a team responsible for advising high net worth clients. Anky joined the Operations Management team as an Operational Manager for the Contact Center in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for achieving operational targets and improving processes and procedures.

From 2019 to 2022, Anky worked as a Senior Manager (Director) in Customer Care at ABN AMRO. Anky had overall responsibility for the Private Banking, International Clients, and Medici & Vrije Beroepen Customer Care organizations. Anky'skey responsibilities included stakeholder management, continuous improvement of customer service, and managing a team of 130 advisors.

In 2023, Anky joined International Card Services as the Manager Detecting Financial Crime Operations.

Anky Van Huffel has a diverse education history. Anky completed their HAVO en VWO degree at bisschoppelijk college schöndeln, and then pursued a bachelor's degree in Bestuurskunde at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1997. In 2007, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they studied coaching & consultancy from 2007 to 2009.

Anky continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by pursuing various short-term programs. In 2018, they attended Nyenrode Business University for the Master Neuroscience voor Managers program. During the same year, they also completed a Professional Scrum Master training at Pro Awareness.

In 2022, Anky participated in an individual English training program at Language Institute Regina Coeli. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from Skillsoft Global Knowledge.
