Marjolein Luijckx started their work experience as a Tutor at Bijlesnetwerk in March 2012 and worked there until April 2013. Marjolein then interned at BR-ND from February 2014 to July 2014, where they focused on emotive branding. After that, they participated in the TUDelft Summer program in Hong Kong from July 2014 to August 2014. In September 2014, they joined BR-ND again for their graduation project on employee engagement and happiness, which lasted until July 2015. From January 2016 to October 2019, Marjolein worked as a UX/UI Designer at Soda studio NL, where they were involved in projects for Simyo, Dott, Zilveren Kruis, De Kennis van Nu, and Rabobank.com. Marjolein then joined Valtech in November 2019 as a UX Designer and worked there until October 2020. Currently, they are carrying out the role of a UX Designer at International Card Services from October 2020 till present.
Marjolein Luijckx completed their education in a chronological order. Marjolein first attended Lucaya International School from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate (IB) degree. In 2009, they enrolled at Delft University of Technology and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Design Engineering, which they completed in 2012. Following this, from 2011 to 2011, Marjolein attended the University of Limerick, focusing on a minor in Product Design and Technology. Finally, they returned to Delft University of Technology from 2012 to 2015 to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Product Design.
