Toby Ramshaw McConville

Toby Ramshaw McConville is a seasoned UX designer with a strong background in web operations and front-end development. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Southern Water since June 2022, Toby conducts user research to identify needs and creates wireframes and prototypes for design testing. Previously, as a Front-end Digital Designer at Study Group, Toby developed user-friendly UI designs and translated these into functional code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Toby's career began at Equiniti, where roles included Senior Web Operations Engineer, responsible for code reviews and task assignments, as well as Web Operations Engineer focused on website and web application maintenance. Toby started in IT as an apprentice, gaining experience across various teams in a financial services environment. Education includes attendance at Worthing College, St Andrews C of E High School, and Downsbrook Middle School.
